The Confrérie des Chevaliers du Goûte Andouille de Jargeau is an international brotherhood dedicated to promoting quality artisan charcuterie. Founded in 1970 in Jargeau, France, the Dutch chapter – Grand Bailliage des Pays-Bas – has been active since 1981.
Participants from across Europe submit their products, which are evaluated by an independent jury of specialists. Gold, silver and bronze are awarded based on craftsmanship, taste and presentation.
